Ata Chizari was born in December 30, 1990 in Tehran, Iran. He studied mathematics and physics in Shahid Bahonar high school from 2004 to 2008. For his pre-university education in 2008, he attended Shahid Motahary high school where he continued the same field of study. In 2009, he started his Bachelor studies in Taftesh university, Tafresh, Iran in electrical engineering with specialization in Electronics for a period of 4 years. Then, he chose to do a 2 years master program in communication systems at Shahid Beheshti university (SBU) in Tehran starting 2013. Just as his graduation he joined Prof. Jawad A. Salehi's reseach group, namely, optical networks research lab. (ONRL) at Sharif university of technology, Tehran until 2016. Since 2017 he is with biomedical photonic imaging (BMPI) group, university of Twente, the Netherlands working on his PhD project which has been defined as a transdisciplinary research of biomedical engineering and Photonics under supervision of Prof. Wiendelt Steenbergen. In 2021 he is expected to be graduated from his PhD program.
My research interests lie in the general field of Mathematics and Physics including electrical engineering, applied Physics, and Optics.
